- Products on special offer or on sale (except in the case of manufacturing defects).
- Items opened and/or used for hygiene products or consumables.
Returns procedure

Pack the item carefully to avoid damage during transport.Shipping :
Return the item to the address indicated by our team. The cost of returning the item is at the customer’s expense, except in the case of an error or defective product.
Refunds
- Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to confirm receipt.
- If the return is approved, the refund will be made via the original method of payment within 7 to 14 working days.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for another size, colour or model:

- Place a new order for the desired product.
