1. Subject

These General Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered on the www.vetael.com website. Any order placed on our site implies full acceptance of these GTC.

 

2. Products and Services

• Description :The products available on the site are described as accurately as possible (photos, characteristics, prices, etc.). Product images are provided for information only.
• Availability : Product offers are subject to availability. In the event of unavailability after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed and will be able to cancel or modify the order.

 

3. Awards

• The prices of the products are indicated in dollars ($), all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs.
• VETAEL reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the tariff in force at the time the order is validated.
• Delivery charges may apply and will be specified before the order is validated.

 

4. Controls

• All orders placed on the site must be validated by the customer via a summary.
• An order confirmation will be sent by e-mail. This confirmation is proof of the transaction.
• VETAEL reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a dispute with the customer or for any legitimate reason.

 

5. Payment

• Payments are currently being made offline. Customers will need to follow the instructions provided to finalise their payment.
• Once payment has been received, a confirmation will be sent to the customer.
• Online payment methods will be integrated at a later date and announced on the site.

 

6. Delivery

• Delivery zones : Products can be delivered internationally. Costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination.
• Delivery times : VETAEL undertakes to dispatch orders within the times indicated, subject to product availability.
  In the event of a delay,
• VETAEL will inform the customer. The customer may cancel the order if the delay exceeds 30 days after validation..

 

7. Right of Withdrawal

• Deadline : In accordance with the law, customers have 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
• Terms and conditions : To retract, the customer must contact customer services via the e-mail address provided. Products must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging, at the customer’s expense.
• Refund : Once the return has been validated, the refund will be made within 14 days.

 

8. Guarantee

• All products are covered by the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects.
• In the event of a defect, the customer must report the problem within a reasonable period of time and provide proof (photos, descriptions).
• The cost of returning defective products will be borne by VETAEL.

 

9. Liability

VETAEL cannot be held responsible for indirect damage linked to the use of its products or its site, nor for service interruptions due to technical reasons.

 

10. Data protection

The personal information collected is necessary to process orders. It is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared without the customer’s consent.

 

11. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the dispute will be referred to the competent courts at VETAEL’s registered office.
